Ritual Scepter Daphel or Kebere

Research on this wooden scpter is unfortunately quite scant. Known as daphel or kebere, it was reportedly used in a ritual known as joro. Other examples have ben attributed to the Lobi and the Senufo (Meyer, Kunst und Religion der Lobi, 1981; Roy, Lanf of the Flying Masks, 2007).
